TFS appoints Dr. Montserrat Barceló Riera as Executive Vice President Europe
Dr. Barceló joined TFS in July 2005 after the acquisition of Clinical Data Care (CDC) in Spain where she was the Managing Director. During 2005 to 2008 she held the position as Managing Director for TFS in Spain and did in 2009 take on the responsibility as Regional Managing Director for Southern Europe, including Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.
Following the acquisition of CDC in 2005 the operations in Southern Europe has developed successfully, growing the number of employees from approximately 90 to 240, and net revenues from 4,6 million € to 13 million €, over the last six years.

Dr. Barceló will become responsible for all activities and regions in Europe, and will have her direct reporting line to the CEO. The transition period will be during September to November with the aim of having Dr. Barceló fully operational by December. Dr. Barceló will continue to focus on operational excellence, implementation of several new service offerings and aligning business decisions with the TFS strategic roadmap for Europe.
