The Internship Program: What to Expect

The Internship Program: What to Expect

At TFS, you can expect to be treated as part of our team - with respect for your ideas, and support for your learning. You’ll be assigned a mentor who will support and guide your experience. Each internship and trainee experience is unique, but many participate with other interns and trainees sharing knowledge and experiences, attend business area trainings, and some participate in business presentations with customers. In short, you can expect to gain real work experience at TFS. And depending on your educational institution, you may also earn course credit. You can also expect to have fun. The atmosphere at TFS is like a family. We care about our work and each other and we enjoy celebrating our successes together.
