This session introduces a new, results-driven framework for smarter clinical operations and outsourcing—helping sponsors cut through complexity, de-risk their trials, and bring treatments to market faster.

Key Takeaways:
  • How to build an outsourcing model that actually works—rethinking sponsor-CRO collaboration for greater agility, transparency, and accountability.
  • The “High-Retention” Trial Strategy—combining AI-powered recruitment, patient engagement tactics, and site-centric support to hit enrollment targets faster.
  • From Neuroscience to High-Risk Indications & Beyond—real-world outcomes in optimizing trial execution.
  • What’s Next?—The biggest shifts in clinical operations over the next 5 years and how to prepare.
