Case Study: Team collaboration pulled this type 1 diabetes study to the finish line, overcoming challenges and exceeding expectations

The complexities of clinical trials require a coordinated effort in the best of times. With a delay in the first-patient-in, six protocol amendments, and a 33% increase in patients, this study was at risk of falling behind schedule. COVID-19 restrictions threatened to further complicate study timelines. TFS and the client partnered to address each challenge presented and bring the study to a successful on-time conclusion.

Population: 12-25 year olds diagnosed with T1D within the six months prior to screening
