Pyoderma Gangrenosum (PG) is a rare, inflammatory skin condition characterized by painful ulcers that typically develop on the legs, often following minor trauma. PG is associated with immune system dysfunction and may occur alongside underlying conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, or hematologic disorders.
