Joakim Jagorstrand serves as Vice President, Head of Oncology at TFS HealthScience, where he leads the company’s Oncology Business Unit. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences, spanning oncology, genomics and diagnostics, Joakim brings deep expertise in strategy, commercialization, business transformation and portfolio leadership.
Prior to joining TFS, Joakim spent 13 years at Roche Diagnostics, holding several senior leadership positions, including Head of Strategy for EMEA-LATAM and Vice President roles focused on oncology, genomics, and strategic initiatives. He led global cross-functional teams across R&D, regulatory, quality, operations, partnerships, and commercial functions, and worked closely with leading pharmaceutical companies to advance oncology solutions and companion diagnostics.
Earlier in his career, Joakim held leadership and commercial roles at Pfizer, GSK, and Terumo BCT. Most recently, as founder of Skagor, he advised life sciences organizations across diagnostics, biotechnology, medical devices, and AI-driven pathology on business development, commercialization, and growth strategy. He holds an MBA from Lund University.
