Markus Granlund became the Chief Executive Officer of TFS HealthScience in February 2025, bringing with him extensive strategic and operational leadership experience from a distinguished career. Prior to joining TFS, Markus served as President & CEO of Semcon for 13 years, where he successfully led international operations and drove business growth through strategic vision and innovation.
An accomplished leader and respected Board member, Markus holds several influential positions, including Member of the Nomination Committee at Svenska Mässan and Member of the Board of Directors at Alecta and Speed Group. Markus contributes to thought leadership and governance through his role on the Advisory Council at Svenska Mässan.
Markus’s leadership journey is complemented by previous Board roles at Knightec, Almega, and Svenskt Näringsliv, as well as serving as Chairman of the Board at Innovationsföretagen. His extensive background in strategic leadership and governance positions him as a driving force in advancing TFS HealthScience’s mission.
Markus holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade Law from Bond University and a Jur kand (Master of Laws, LL.M.) from Lund University. He also pursued Managerial Finance, Marketing, and Accounting at Bond University, equipping him with a robust foundation in both legal and business management disciplines.
