Patrik joined TFS in October 2022 as Chief People Officer responsible for the Human Resources department. His remit encompasses strategic activities such as attracting and developing top talent, ensuring the organization is change ready for the exciting future, and that day-to-day deliveries across all countries operate smoothly.
Patrick brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources and people operations to TFS. His expertise consists of supporting the delivery of tangible and value-adding activities to employees, leaders, and management teams while ensuring initiatives positively impact communities, societies, and other external stakeholders.
Most recently, Patrik served as the Senior Director for HR Business Partnering at the world’s leading wind turbine manufacturer, Vestas, where he led a team focused on Central and North European markets. Formerly responsible for operations in Asia, Africa, and North America, he supported global initiatives across functions.
Patrik has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management based primarily on leadership development, finance, and strategic communication. He speaks Swedish, English, Norwegian & Danish.
