Jesper is Chief Financial Officer

Jesper joined TFS in early 2022 to lead the global finance organization as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all financial-related activities including financial planning, reporting, and risk management, and will work with the executive team to implement strategies to improve global profitability through revenue growth, increased margins, and cost reductions.

Jesper’s 14+ years’ of executive financial experience and his emphasis on clear communications, consensus building, and following through on strategic priorities provides TFS the focus needed in this time of growth.

Prior to joining TFS, Jesper was Finance Director at FLSmidth, a listed engineering company, where he was responsible for over 40 subsidiaries within the regions of the EU, CIS & North Africa. Jesper brings extensive experience in financial performance management, process improvements, and cross functional collaboration.

Jesper has an exceptional combination of business, financial, and IT education including an MBA, a master’s degree in computer science, and Graduate Diploma (HD-R). He speaks Swedish, Danish, Norwegian & English.
