The Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) is a patient-reported outcome measure used to assess the impact of skin diseases, including psoriasis, on a patient’s quality of life. It consists of a 10-question survey covering symptoms, daily activities, work or school, personal relationships, and treatment. Scores range from 0 to 30, with higher scores indicating greater impairment.
