Back to Glossary

Raynaud’s Disease

Raynaud’s disease is a condition characterized by episodes of reduced blood flow to the fingers and toes, causing them to turn white or blue and feel cold and numb. These episodes are often triggered by cold temperatures or stress. Treatment involves lifestyle changes, medications to improve blood flow, and protecting the extremities from cold exposure.
