Vertical Neck Bands

Back to Glossary

Vertical Neck Bands

Vertical neck bands, also known as platysmal bands, are prominent lines that appear on the neck due to the thinning of the platysma muscle with age. These bands can become more noticeable with aging and contribute to a sagging appearance of the neck. Treatment options include botulinum toxin injections, neck lift surgery, and other cosmetic procedures.
