Anders is an Executive Vice President at Ratos AB. His work experience spans working in company groups and the venture capital industry to multinational companies within the FMCG and IT-sector.

Anders is an experienced investor with skills in business planning, general management, business development, corporate finance, corporate governence and entrepreneurship. He spent his early career at Unilever and Microsoft before moving to Novax in 2001 and becoming CEO in 2006. Following his time at Novax, Anders was CEO at Industrifonden until joining Ratos AB in 2018.
