Ina is the Vice President, Head of Dermatology, Immunology, & Inflammatory Diseases

Ina joined TFS in June 2022 as Vice President, Head of Dermatology, Immunology, and Inflammatory Diseases and is responsible for supporting the project delivery of all dermatology, immunology, and inflammatory disease programs. Within her role, Ina manages a global team of experts ranging from physicians to clinical specialists delivering full-service clinical development programs and services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers.

Ina was previously the co-founder and managing partner of SCIderm, a leading dermatology CRO established in 2002 and acquired by TFS in 2016. She brings more than 20 years of experience to TFS in all operational departments, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and project management, as well as business development. Previously, Ina was a scientific officer at the University Hospital Freiburg, Department of Dermatology, for over five years and has co-founded a Group Purchasing Organization for biotech companies. She has published more than 50 papers in review journals and developed and validated of over ten Patient Reported Outcome/QoL tools.

Ina holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Freiburg/Breisgau University and a Master’s in Drug Regulator Affairs. She is fluent in German and English.
