Magnus serves as General Counsel at Ratos AB. His work experience spans working at a magic circle law firm, in-house at four listed global blue ship companies within the Stenbeck, Wallenberg, Industrivärden and Söderberg ownership spheres, and as a board member developing a unique skill set and knowledge about various business areas and industries.

Magnus is an accomplished attorney and board member with experience across various business areas and industries. He spent his early career at Linklaters Advokatbyrå AB before transitioning to the Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ) in 2012, where he remained until joining Ratos AB in 2017.
