Sebastian Turek joined TFS Health Science in March 2022 as Executive Director of Program Strategy and Delivery for the Internal Medicine and Neuroscience Business Unit. In this role, he leads the strategic development and operational delivery of global clinical programs, working in close partnership with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to design efficient, innovative, and patient-focused clinical development strategies.
Sebastian serves as a subject matter expert in neurodegenerative diseases and oversees a global, cross-functional team of medical and clinical specialists responsible for the execution of full-service clinical trials across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and South Africa. With more than 17 years of experience in clinical research, Sebastian brings deep therapeutic knowledge and operational leadership in neurology, psychiatry, oncology, internal medicine, and ophthalmology.
Prior to joining TFS, he held senior roles at leading CROs, including IQVIA and Premier Research, where he directed large-scale, multi-regional studies across all phases of development. Sebastian holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Medicine at Wroclaw Medical University, Poland. He is the author of several scientific publications and has been recognized with multiple academic honors.
